Once your order has been placed, it will be processed within 1–3 business days. All items are carefully packed and shipped from our partner warehouses in Asia.

Delivery typically takes 4–9 business days, depending on your location. Please note that this timeframe does not include order processing or potential customs delays.

In some cases, to ensure faster fulfilment, items in the same order may be shipped separately. You’ll always receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor its journey.

We’re proud to offer FREE Express Shipping on all Australian orders over $50.

For smaller orders under $50, a flat-rate Standard Shipping fee of $10.00 will be applied at checkout. No matter where you are in Australia, we ensure your comfort essentials are dispatched quickly and handled with care.

Once your order has left our warehouse, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel until it arrives. Please note that for certain shipping services, tracking may be limited or take up to 3 business days to update in the courier’s system.


If your tracking shows no updates for more than 6 business days, or if your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us at hi@bambuni.co. We’ll investigate with the courier and work to resolve it quickly.

If you’ve made a mistake or need to update your address, please email us as soon as possible at hi@bambuni.co. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can update the details. However, once an order has shipped, address changes must be managed directly with the courier. Please double-check your address before confirming your order to avoid issues.

Yes, we offer international delivery, but it’s limited to select countries. If your country is not currently included, please contact us at hi@bambuni.co

For Australian customers, there are no customs or import fees. For international orders, any duties or taxes applied upon entry into the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Yes. Bambuni offers a 30-day return policy starting from the day you receive your order. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return within this timeframe.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Proof of purchase is required. Items purchased on sale, as part of a bundle, or with a gift card are not eligible for return.

If you’re returning a product due to a change of mind, return postage is your responsibility. If your item is faulty or incorrect, Bambuni will cover the return shipping costs.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear in your account.

Currently, the easiest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund and then place a new order for the replacement product.

Most orders are delivered within 4–9 business days for orders shipped from our Melbourne warehouse, and 8–15 business days when shipped from our international warehouses.

Please allow an additional 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. Delivery times may also be affected by customs clearance procedures or courier delays.

If you’d like to cancel or amend your order, please email us immediately at hi@bambuni.co with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL. If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll do our best to update it. However, once it has been dispatched we cannot make changes. In that case, the order will need to go through our returns process.

All payments are handled by Stripe, a leading global payment processor. Stripe uses advanced encryption and security protocols to protect your information, ensuring every transaction is safe and secure.

We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Bambuni is an Australian brand, with fulfilment managed through our network including Melbourne and selected partner warehouses.

At this time, Bambuni does not offer wholesale pricing or bulk purchase discounts for resale. For large personal orders, please contact us at hi@bambuni.co.

Yes. Enter the recipient’s address as the shipping address and your own details as the billing address. Receipts and invoices are sent to your email and are not included in the parcel.
